Terms of Service

Last updated: March 25, 2026

1. Use of the Application

By using Zend, you agree to these Terms of Service. Zend is provided as-is, for the purpose of facilitating file transfers between your own devices on a local network.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you transfer and for ensuring you have the legal right to share them. Zend is intended for personal and professional use where you control both the sending and receiving environments.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

Zend is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly given the variable nature of local network conditions (Wi-Fi stability, router configuration, etc.).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynthAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Zend, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

5. Software Ownership

The Zend application, including its source code, design, and branding, is the property of ZynthAI. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the application. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Open Source Components

Zend may include open-source software components. Your use of those components is governed by the respective open-source licenses.

7. Modifications to the Application

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Zend at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZynthAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
